Local Entertainers team up for Children's Wish Foundation Fundraiser:
If your 50's experience consists of watching re-runs of Happy Days, you've got to check out the next A&W Car Hop event. Even the rain didn't dampen the fun this past Saturday at the Champlain St. location. The Muddy River Roller Derby Girls, in complete 50's attire, did a fantastic job recreating the old A&W car hop days. If you missed Saturday's event, bring the family out next time around. The A&W Root Bear will be on hand for lot's of fun all for a worthy cause.
Next Event: A&W Trinity Location Saturday June 11th - Live Rock n Roll & Nostalgic Cars
Prepare to be greeted by Moncton’s very own Muddy River Roller Derby Girls dressed in poodle skirts and ready to serve you car hop style on their roller skates rain or shine. Tip proceeds go to the Children's Wish Foundation as well as $5.00 from every "Back to the 50's" ticket sold for this summer's concert at the Shediac Centre for Speed.
Come get into the swing of things with Gallant & Richard Entertainment, the Children's Wish Foundation, Axion Marketing, Atlantic Bands, Centre For Speed and A&W.
Atlantic Bands & Entertainment are featured in this entertainment web site for Atlantic Canada. Music, comedy and other acts are welcome: www.atlanticbands.com

Burtts Corner Cow Path - Montreal Zumba
Back in 1973, four Burtt's Corner Boys performed an original at a Keswick Valley School assembly. They called themselves the Boom Boom Brothers. Could it have been the beginnings of the boy band trend? Was this early rap?
For shits & giggles, I through together this audio track (my son said: Dad, don't ever do this again) and added it to a video I shot in Montreal last fall. This goes out to my friends in Burtt's Corner with a special thanks to the other Boom Boom Brothers Richard, Graham and Kelvin. Great times!

Riverview Winterlude - Sliding
RIVERVIEW WINTERLUDE: Lots of people from greater Moncton, NB (Canada, not USA, lol), enjoyed a weekend filled with family fun. Sliding, snowboarding, horse drawn sleigh rides, a pancake breakfast and fireworks were just some of the events held during the annual event.

John Mayer Cover - RHS Coffee House
Riverview High Coffee House - Open Mic
Anyone looking at this & wondering if I got their act. I probably didn't this time but may have back in the fall. The video is on tape (HD Cam crashed) & I've got some work ahead of me but I will get to it.
