METALICA CONCERT: Butts holds gun to Mackay's Head
Metallica Concert - Up in the Air? Dick Butts holds Harold Mackay to ransom while attempting to circumvent legal agreement to right off debt.
The approach that Halifax City Counsel is taking at this late point in the game is laughable.
Today the boys all set together in front of the cameras. Turns out Richard/Dick Butts is from Toronto or from away as they like to call in in Halifax. In any event, Butts seems to be in charge and not even Mayor Kelly is speaking over the Butts/MacKay tug of war. Apparently the concert is going ahead as scheduled and that's about all anyone is saying.
